Apple’s First Computer – The Apple 1

Hand built by Apple Co-Founder, Steve Wozniak, sports a 6502 micro processor in white ceramic, and includes the original peripherals, WOZ monitor, data cassette and instruction booklet, featuring Apple’s original logo, Sir Isaac Newton sitting under an apple tree.

Only 200 were made, only 46 are currently in existence, with only 6, like this example, in fully working condition.

This one signed by Steve Wozniak.

Other than an original Charles Babbage Difference Engine from 1840, perhaps the ultimate in computer collectables.

Auctioned by Team Breker in Germany on 25 May 2013, 10AM local time.

Estimated price at auction, $350,000 – $500,000
