In a brief follow up to the rumours that over 100 lost Doctor Who episodes were found in Ethiopia, BBC News has announced that BBC will make an official announcement next week.

BBC Worldwide is expected to confirm the find at a press screening, and details of how fans will be able to watch the recovered episodes are also expected to be revealed later this week.

The episodes are said include the The Crusade, The Enemy of the World and The Ice Warriors series. This is tremendous news for Doctor Who fans, especially as we can expect the BBC may have some episodes ready for the 50th Anniversary celebrations. Here’s hoping they have recovered the missing first regeneration scene. What are you hoping to see?
