The latest trailer for Pixar’s Finding Dory is here, and it looks like the sequel to Pixar’s classic Finding Nemo is going to be a tear-jerker. The new trailer sees Dory captured and taken to the Marine Life institute, where we meet the bad-tempered octopus Hank (Ed O’Neill), cooler-than-cool sea lions, Rudder and Fluke (Dominic West and Idris Elba), Dory’s adopted sister, a near-sighted Whale Shark, Destiny (Kaitlin Olson), and a shy Beluga whale Bailey (Ty Burrell).

Finding Dory was delayed to alter the ending after Blackfish, a documentary exposing the suffering of Seaworld orcas, was released. We’re hoping the anti-captivity message in Finding Dory is strong. The popularity of clownfish soared after the release of Finding Nemo, and as 90% of fish sold in aquariums are captured from the wild, “over-harvesting” saw a significant decrease in the clownfish population (read more at Saving Nemo).

Finding Dory sees the return of Ellen DeGeneres as Dory, Albert Brooks as Marlin, and Nemo will be voiced by newcomer Hayden Rolence. The Tank Gang returns with Willem Dafoe as Gill and Vicki Lewis as Deb. Dory’s parents will be played by Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy. Grab the tissues and watch the trailer below.
