The full cast for Selma director Ava DuVernay’s adaptation of A Wrinkle in Time has been announced, and production is set to commence on Wednesday the 2nd in Los Angeles. Two weeks of filming scheduled for New Zealand. Newcomer Storm Reid will play Meg alongside Oprah Winfrey as Mrs. Which, Reese Witherspoon as Mrs. Whatsit, Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Who, Chris Pine as Mr. Murry, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Mrs. Murry,  Zach Galifinakis as The Happy Medium, , André Holland as Principal Jenkins, Levi Miller as Calvin and Deric McCabe as Charles Wallace. Bellamy Young, Rowan Blanchard and Will McCormack have been cast in undisclosed roles.

An enduring children’s classic, Madeleine L’Engle’s award-winning A Wrinkle in Time tells the story of a young girl Meg,  whose father, a government scientist, has gone missing after working on a mysterious project called a tesseract.
