Following the announcement that Martin Freeman will join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, more names have been announced for Captain America: Civil War. Emily VanCamp, who debuted in Winter Soldier as Agent 13, will return, Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man has been confirmed, William Hurt is returning as General Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross from the 2008 The Incredible Hulk, and Paul Bettany will return as The Vision.

Civil War will also star Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Anthony Mackie as Falcon, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier, Frank Grillo as Crossbones, Daniel Bruhl as Baron Zemo , Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch and Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther. The new Spider-Man is also expected to debut in Civil War.

Filming has just commenced. Meanwhile Civil War scribes Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who also scripted the first two Captain America instalments, have been hired to write Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1 and Part 2.
